r-marie from McDougall suggests using little bit of soap and rinsing with vinegar
I like r-marie's suggestion. Right now I use plain water but I may switch over in the future to going with a little soap in a big bowl followed by a rinse, spritz of white vinegar, and then water rinse again.
I'm also trying to get better at visiting the downtown farmer's market rather than just going to Delanos (across the street.) I want to support the local organic farmers, but it does mean planning ahead.
