just wanted to jot down some recipe notes so I won't forget later on
salad -
salad mix, beets, granny smith apple, sun flower seeds, raspberry viniagrette
3 bean salad -
kidney beans, chickpeas, green (lima?) beans (need to get - frozen), corn, beets, onion, check seasonings in cancer project book
millet, broccoli, and veggie stew, add miso after done cooking, look up recipe
make hummus for quesadillas
steamed kale with sweeteners and rest of tempeh
I have food now just haven't prepared it yet. Except the salad mix I still need to get. I need to get better at planning out my week of meals.
Learned a lot at the last cancer prevention/nutrition/cooking class. I want to attempt quinoa with my rice cooker but I'm going to have to wait until I get through with the rest of stuff I've got around.
I guess tomorrow night I'll do some cooking. I'm too tired tonight.
I'm still waiting for my fruit to ripen. I have 4 mangos in my room and they just won't ripen! Guess it's not their season. The bananas are ready to go though.
I wonder if there are any advanced healthy vegan cooking classes out there. This one concentrated on nutrition, which I like hearing, but a lot of it I already know. I want to learn more tasty healthy vegan recipes so I have a repertoire. It's slowly building.
