Came across this website from a forum I read. I thought this would be a fun way to get some activity in. I'm curious how much walking I do regularly. My goal is 10,000 steps a day. I wonder how many steps I get in general, without trying to walk more.
On this blog I'll track actual steps with my widget. On the other, mileage.
I'm sleepy. Didn't really have a healthy weekend food-wise. But I got to see friends and family so that was good. I feel like I need another Friday right now just to rest up. My parents stay up so late! It was at least 2 am by the time I was finally able to get in bed.
